Tuscaurora is a Hollywood four-piece band consisting of Gary (X) Finneran (vocals, guitar, and piano), Anne Kadrovich (vocals and bass), and Nick Lane (drums). Later in the early/mid 2000’s Gary’s Ex-Idols bandmate and friend Duke Decter joined as the bands live guitarist later becoming an official member during the development of The Gods Hate Kansas. Founded in 1998 Tuscaurora would release their debut album Done With Everyone a year later followed two years later by their sophomore album Malnutrition Headache. Their third album The Gods Hate Kansas would never be finished ultimately entering production hell sometime in the mid 2000’s. During Tuscaurora, Gary and Nick would form another band She Died though much like The Gods Hate Kansas their debut album would remain unfinished. In May of 2009 frontman Gary (X) Finneran would commit suicide with Tuscaurora disbanding a month later in June of 2009 after playing at the Gary Finneran Memorial service alongside the other bands Gary fronted, multiple tracks from their albums appear on the Goodbye compilation cd sold at the service. In 2012 Gary’s former bandmate Keith Kessinger would upload the unfinished Gods Hate Kansas demos to Youtube under Gary’s name. Recently Nick and Anne have revealed plans to release both of the finished albums to streaming with the streaming release being scheduled for some time during 2024.
