Radiant, joyous, and contagiously spirited, The Tiny Tornadoes sing: "We slept on the shore until the sun came home / it knocked on the door like a miracle...I got a cookie cookie with my fortune fortune / it told me what I know and it said: A Kaleidoscope your life is" In Brookline, Massachusetts, in the summer of 2006, three pairs of siblings, Shira E and Shai E, Honest Gabe and Sarah Golly Gee, and Sweet Siv and Lovely Cecelia Lie sprouted from the soil a flower rainbowed as a xylophone's laughter, incredible as a hummingbird as seen through a kaleidoscope, intimate as legs tangled under the sheets in the morning light, and deliciously cacophonous as youth harmonizing with a fallen chandelier. "Gentle Everybody", their only release to date, is the joy in your chest amplified, the glue that holds together your popsicle house, and the syrup that overflows the wedges in your waffle. Recorded live in one August afternoon in a bedroom, it has become locally legendary - the down-right wonderful pool party you don't want to miss. The water is delight, and everybody's swimming.
