www.myspace.com/renegademilkmen The power of rock known as Renegade Milkmen was formed in summer 2005. Cousins Dylan McCollum and Jim Lorino, had been playing their respective instruments for about a year and half each, and decided they wanted to start a band. In need of a bass player, Jim asked his longtime friend Mike Sehi if he would be interested in playing bass. Although having no previous experience with the instrument, Mike bought a bass and began learning from the moment he joined the band. After going through various singers throughout the past couple years, the band were finally introduced to Dill Atkinson, who the fit the bands style perfectly and joined in spring 2007. Influenced by bands such as blink-182, Weezer, New Found Glory, Jimmy Eat World, and Green Day- Renegade Milkmen set out to create an energetic and melodic pop/punk/rock sound. Renegade Milkmen were formed with the intention to prove that just because they may not be the coolest kids at the table, they can still bring the rock and hopefully get some messages across through their lyrics. Speaking of lyrics, Renegade Milkmen's can range anywhere from generally being heartbroken, to inspiring people not to wear underwear. How's that for a broad range! In general, the band just wants people to come out to their shows and have fun and forget about all their daily problems and struggles. The band are becoming no strangers to the local scene, as they have played at various venues throughout the past year
