Phil Irwin is a rockabilly artist from Pennsylvania. His real name is Irwin Pennock. He was a pianist and vocalist. He recorded only one single in the late 1950's. In the late 1950's, he was popular as an entertainer or as a single or with small groups. He usually played at so-called "beer joints" in Philadelphia. He had a brother named Marvin who played bass and he was killed in the early 60's in an auto collision.
