Phil Barclay (real name H.B. Jones) is an American rockabilly artist and a Nashville booking agent. He recorded singles in 1958 and 1959. His band is called The Sliders. He is perhaps best known for his song Short Fat Ben, which has appeared on various compilations released over the years.
