Mickey One Punch were a 5-piece skacore band from Norfolk, UK. They were formed from the ashes of One Stop Earnest, and Luke's Whisk in 2005. The lineup consisted of Amanda Hair, Stevie Allen, Dave Nickerson, Andy Van Zandt, and Ben Ablitt. The band inevitably disbanded in 2007 when two of the members left to go to Uni in Leeds.
