1) Make My Day was a Japanese metalcore band based in Tokyo. The band's final lineup consisted of Isam as the vocalist, Julian as the guitarist and backing vocalist, U-SUKE as the bassist, and Tkken as the drummer. They were signed to EMI Records Japan and Universal Music Japan. The band was originally formed in July 2010 under the name Ashley Scared The Sky. The original lineup consisted of Kentaro as the vocalist, Julian on 6-string guitar and chorus, Moo on 4-string bass and Nori on drums. In their early years, the band showcased a blend of screamo and metalcore, drawing inspiration from Julian's half-American and Hispanic background. They made their debut with "The Prayer EP" in July 2011, released via Garimpeiro Records. As Ashley Scared The Sky, the band gained attention for their well-balanced fusion of rock sounds, featuring catchy melodies, edgy guitar riffs, and uplifting synth elements. They collaborated with notable Japanese bands like Crossfaith and Pay Money To My Pain, as well as American bands like A Skylit Drive and We Came As Romans. The band embarked on extensive tours both in Japan and abroad, reaching the finals of the Red Bull sponsored band contest "Live On The Road" and performing at SHIBUYA AX in front of an audience of over 2000 people alongside Story Of The Year and ONE OK ROCK. In May 2013, they released the single "The Revival" and participated in the "Jack Cloth Summer Fest 2013" in Indonesia, where they played for a crowd of 10,000 people. In
