Lara Fernández Castrelo, better known as Judeline, (January 18, 2003) is a Spanish singer. She was born in Jerez de la Frontera, but grew up and spent her entire childhood in Barbate, specifically in Los Caños de Meca. Her mother was from Jerez and her father was born in Madrid, and they emigrated to Venezuela at the age of 12. The latter is a non-professional musician and has been a figure of admiration and inspiration for the artist. From a young age she showed interest in the art that her father had instilled in her and as she developed her voice, she began to project her passion for music. At the age of 17 she moved to Madrid to complete her studies at the Artistic Baccalaureate, but she left them aside to dedicate herself to her musical career. Her stage name comes from the Beatles song "Hey Jude", as it was her father's favorite song.2 Her style contains references to many styles, including flamenco, trap, R&B, reggaeton and also Arabic sounds. In her work we can see constant references to her Cadiz and Andalusian roots, as according to her, she wants to be a spokesperson for this type of artists. Her popularity increased thanks to his collaboration with singer and producer Alizzz on his project Desclasificados (2020). In 2023, Lara signed with the record label Interscope Records, whose parent company is Universal Music Group.
