Dern Rutlidge are a stoner rock act from Melbourne, Australia featuring members of Christbait and Blood Duster. Following a self produced EP, a debut album Johnny No Stars followed in 2001, with the band enjoyed national attention with their single "Lines on The Table" receiving extensive plays on Triple J, the nation's largest alternative radio network. This saw the band tour the Big Day Out Festival in 2002 in Sydney and Melbourne. The band toured Europe and then decided to part ways in 2003. Since then, the band have sporadically reunited to perform one off gigs. Members Craig Westwood and Jason Fuller worked again in The Ruiner.
