From the glowing embers of three of Bristol's finest bands of recent years, Ieuan (ex You and The Atom Bomb), Hector (ex The Playwrights) and Dan (ex RV Cartel) are Bravo Brave Bats, a three-piece indie rock band taking the Bristol music scene by storm. In a whirlwind few months of recording, writing and gigging, this band have exploded onto the Bristol music scene, building a mountainous reputation for effervescent live performances and becoming the name on everyone's lips as the most exciting new band in the city. Since forming in April 2010, this hard working trio have recorded a live acoustic session for BBC Introducing, been snapped up by Bristol’s coolest alternative indie label Artscare Records and recently completed a mini UK tour. Following this up is the much anticipated first E.P. An eponymous 6 track designed as an introduction to a band demanding to be heard and taken seriously as artists who are not content to sit still but determined to move forward. Bravo Brave Bats are forging music that is not drawn from the way the bands you love sound, but from how they make you feel.
