The Ars Cameralis ensemble is famous for its double performance activity, including 13th to 15th centuries music on the one hand, and contemporary music on the other. The ensemble's rich repertory is still being extended not only by the new transcriptions of historic music, mostly supplied from the original sources - mediaeval manuscripts, but also by new 20th-century works, often written especially for Ars Cameralis. The ensemble Ars Cameralis participates in important musical festivals (Prague Spring, International Festival in Brno, Warszawska jesień, Timişoara muzikala, Händelfest Halle, Pendeli Festival Athens, Musica antiqua Bydgoszcz, Flanderen Festival, Tage alter Musik Herne, Musica antiqua Jerez, Early Music Festival Prague, Visegrad Festival, St.Venceslaus Festival etc.). It gives concerts and records music for radio and television both at home and abroad (Belgium, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Rumania, Slovakia, Spain).
