The Early Music Consort of London was the ensemble of virtuosos based on the five-man group but with other singers and instrumentalists in association for big concerts. The main person of this ensemble was David Munrow (b. 1942 - d. 1976) the great musician and historian from Birmingham who was unfortunately died when he was just 33.
