The official debut release from Las Vegas alt/indie rockers Atlas Takes Aim, the "Tuesday EP" (2008) was hailed by Las Vegas Weekly as "sweepingly atmospheric" and "excellently produced". The recording of the album was almost derailed by, not just one, but two computer hard-drive crashes. Luckily most of the files were recovered and after a few last-minute overdub sessions, the band managed to release the album in time for their cd release party. Like all of Atlas Takes Aim's albums, the "Tuesday EP" was recorded, mixed and mastered completely by the band, in line with their stated "strong DIY ethic".
