Losing Myself is the debut album of Minneapolis native Lil Shine, following his July 2021 mixtape Heavenly Ascension. In late 2022, Shine gave hints on his story that the album was going to drop soon and on September 16, 2022, he had finally made an Instagram post, in which he had announced the release date of the album; October 31st.
