Jetwelder-All Systems Blow 2009 Recommended tracks: "Destroy Yourself", "All Systems Blow", "Report Card", "I Can't Work Under These Conditions", "Wiping My Tears With Dollar Bills", "It's Your Funeral", "Truth And/Or Consequences" Written in the final year of George W. Bush's administration, much of this LP is an angry blast at social and economic injustice, released at the beginning of 2009. The album is leavened somewhat by more "lighthearted" tracks like "It's Your Funeral", "Cardboard Front", "You Damn Kids Get Off Of My Lawn" and "Someday", but the overall feeling is one of anger, with breakneck angular rock songs, oddly vicious funk workouts and tricky pop melodies. A pretty good one overall, and the last album made before leaving Boston for Colorado's wide-open spaces.
