This Nightmare is the fourth and final track from The Affliction Imperative's debut EP, Tides of Sorrow. The song creates a visceral and macabre scene as it describes the fear and confusion we encounter during a nightmare, then applies that portraiture to circumstances in life from which we cannot awaken. In this case, the author is disturbed by his inability to persuade a person to come towards the "Light". A definite Christian message is shared
