Phantom Regret is the final track and outro of Dawn FM. It is voiced by Jim Carrey who narrates us to the final part of this album. Jim talks about "walking into the light" making the song seal the theme of the album is about death and a form of purgatory, which is The Weeknd's consequences after the events of his album "After Hours".
