"Not My Responsibility" is a short film written and produced by Billie Eilish. It depicts Billie Eilish undressing to a commentary made by herself, addressing and criticizing public body shaming of her and others; and the negative opinions of others about her body and clothing choices, before submerging into a black-colored substance. It was included in her second studio album Happier Than Ever as an interlude, released on July 30th, 2021.
