"I Stand Corrected" is the fifth song off of Vampire Weekend's self-titled debut album. Singer/guitarist and lyricist Ezra Koenig told Q magazine February 2008 regarding this song about British idioms: "I don't like lyrics that are cut and dried like a Hallmark card."
