Sicopompa (alluding to psychopomp) is the third track from Kali Mutsa’s debut album Souvenance (French for recollection). In this song the Black Cat from Pachacutí yearns and experiments a relationship with voodoo entity and psychopomp, Barón Samedi. Psychopomps are spiritual creatures who exist in a lot of cultures, frequently represented in forms of animals and their mission is to provide souls a safe trip from the physical world to the spiritual world, without any judgement.
