Blonde on Blue is the name of the album and the lead off song of chanan lesli mattison. The album (and the song) has had its official release at Kaos Jazz Nitespot, one of Canada's significant blues, roots and jazz nitespots in Calgary. At the time Chanan was accompanied by John de Waal (drums), John Hyde (upright bass), and Loni Moger (Lead solo guitar) while Chanan sang and played rhythm guitar with a distinctive style learned as a follower of Joni Mitchell.
