Adrenaline High is the first track on the album Three of a Kind. It was initially released as a single 24 Septenber 2020. The song was originally composed by Martyn Howes in 1978 with lyrics written by poet John Lisle. Opening with harmony vocals provided by Howes, Lawery and Naughton in a similar style to Yours is no Disgrace the song morphs into a funk/prog rock fusion complete with numerous time signature changes typical of the progressive rock genre.
