Jason Grace, AKA Pluggsocketswift is an electronic music artist and film score composer living in San Marcos, Texas. Jason developed an appetite for composing and producing Electronic music in the fall of '00 in his home town, Charlottesville, Va. He took up the alias, Pluggsocketswift; A name he borrowed from Arnold Lobel's "The Ice Cream Cone Coot". In the summer of '01 Jason caught wind of Austin's thriving live music and indie film scene, and shortly after graduating from recording school, picked up and moved. That following summer after composing a couple of short electronic pieces for a UT animation under grad, Jason landed his first real job as Score Composer for Whoopass Entertainment's Feature Film, "Xtracurricular". Since then Jason has continued to offer his services to Texas independent directors and continues to explore new horizons in sound design and electronic music production.
