Benjamin Kanske aka Kraftwagenfahrer/ Benchulio (vocals) Torsten Lang aka Zentralpulopsel (guitar) Simon Preuß aka AdamJonas (bass) Christoph aka MC Broiler (drums) Their website | Morello Cherry on myspace Morello Cherry was a young Dresden (Germany) based band describing their music as "progressive rock with elements of funk". One of their goals was to make music you usually won't hear on the streets and with this in mind, they created music that is anything but mainstream. In early 2005 Morello Cherry was founded by Torsten Lang, Simon Preuß and Stefan. Just a little bit later, Ulli entered the band as lead singer but left a half year later because of other interests. It took the other band members a few month to find a replacement and in the end, they found the young talented Benjamin Kanske. With this new line-up, Morello Cherry began to revise some old songs and recorded new ones. They had lots of appearances on birthdays, weddings and festivals to improve their live performances and had the chance to play in hip locations like the Starclub (now Beatpol), Scheune and AZ Conni in Dresden. In 2008 the line-up changed again because Stefan moved away from Dresden. So Christoph joined the band as new drummer and proved to be a great replacement at the Elbhangfest (festival) in June 2008 where they played in a friend's yard.
