Louis Blaise was born on the 22nd November 1989 in East London, Plaistow, to Dominican and Antiguan natives and spent the early stages of his life in Dominica. Louis only had his mother and brother around when growing up as his dad was an inconsistent figure and was seldom around. This brought him closer to his brother and mom, whom he adores and has the utmost respect for. Louis was writing from the tender age of six, a way of expressing all the issues that was going on around him, as he couldn’t voice his opinions or block them out, he choose to write them down in the form of poems and rhyme. He grew up listening to old school garage and jungle; pay as you go, Roll Deep, Nasty Crew and East Connection, whilst at school and home and has a Huge impact on his music to date. Whilst in secondary school, his love for music could be seen by all as it gleamed through him and was apparent to all those who knew him. With the support from friends, he followed in his brother footsteps by rapping his written poems and later, went on producing his work. His older brother was his role model and it was only natural that he followed in his footsteps. This caused a rift with his mom, who thought music was a negative influenced in her son’s lives. With all the drama going on, he got involved with the wrong crowd and side tracked for a while. During this time, he lost two people dearest to his heart, his aunt and best friend, and also suffered a serious head injury – a result from a stabbin
