Producer, songwriter, and director Herr Ulrich manages to strike a balance between lovingly observing details and seeing the bigger picture. Uniquely diverse, approachable, and honest. Alone or together in a double bed, with his friends on a park bench, or thinking of those who are currently denied the opportunity: Herr Ulrich has a unique way of capturing moods and vividly conveying them in lyrics. As a producer who began in techno, he can boast an unexpectedly broad portfolio of releases thanks to his various detours into various styles of modern music. And this despite only having released music under this name since the last quarter of 2020. Two studio albums, three EPs, and various singles, which, while differing greatly in genre, always meet his high standards of quality, have helped the 23-year-old from Magdeburg gain attention. 20 concerts in twelve cities in 2022, most of them with the band "Hallenbande," the Saxony-Anhalt pop scholarship, and qualification for the Local Heroes national finals.
