Tigermilch is a German indie/pop band formed in 2018 in Cologne. The current members are Ben Werchohlad (vocals, keys), Philipp "PHYLLO" Georg Schmidt (drums, production), Eric Wieben (bass), and Tamim Ebadie (guitar). The band was initially started in 2018 by Ben Werchohlad and Philipp Schmidt as a music project. Bassist Eric Wieben joined in 2019. Their initial lineup was more fluid, with guitarist Tamim Ebadie helping out on short notice by learning all their songs within a few days for what may have been one of the last concerts before lockdown on March 13, 2020, at Halllmackenreuther in Cologne. Three days later, the first COVID-19 restrictions were imposed. This show marked their first performance with the current permanent lineup. After a couple of years of working together, Tigermilch released their debut studio album 'GELABER' on April 8, 2022.
