Now then. These are some of fabric of space and time's tunes. They're made in a little padded cell studio and played by multi instrumentalist Tristram Rothenberger. Melodic songs tinted with a mellow psychedelia seem to be the current form, although Rothenberger is not a stranger to creating evil filth every now and then. All parts are done live and usually in one take, with no sequencing or computer organisation. This prolific artists' recording and playing career began with North Yorkshire based 'The Purple Mushrooms' and 'Trag Shages', who provided the initial inspiration for a music based existence. 'The Curtain Rail Omnibus' was spawned in 1994 and was a collaborative experimental outfit between Rothenberger and Davros, which produced several worthy offerings, such as 'Lizard Man' and 'I Need An Agogo'. This period allowed Rothenberger to experience the studio recording side of things from the more techy Davros, who at the time had a penchant for the jungle. After a few years of noodling, 'The Time Machine' manifested itself out of the primordial Nottingham ooze and Rothenberger took responsibility for his own sounds, although maintained musical contact with Davros in the short lived, but explosive 'Brain Police'. This outfit also saw the birth of Jit on bass, who, along with Philbo and Dward, contributed to several performances with 'The Time Machine'. After a nasty cosmic collision, 'The Time Machine' had to go in for a lengthy service, while it's seeming etheric
