Whatever wakes a song up and almost gives it it's own soulis what makes up the sound of apollo and Lacuna. Maybe I'll call it indie-blues, but I'll never stick with that. There's just something about that guitar that knows what I want to say better than my mouth ever could. Or the way a song crescendos like the first waves after the undercurrent swept them away reminds me I can really feel something big with a roaring crash. The subtle whispers of restraint tell me there is wisdom and sorrow here and I should listen. Silence. That word means a lot to me. In it I find the music that lets my heart move freely. apollo and Lacuna summarizes the idea and brings it to life. My name is apollo and this is my music.
