YOUNG POSSE (Hangul: 영파씨; Katakana: ヤングパッシ) is a South Korean girl group made from a collaboration of DSP Entertainment and BEATS Entertainment. The group consists of 5 members: SUNHYE (선혜), YEONJUNG (연정), JIANA (지아나), DOEUN (도은) and JIEUN (지은). They made their debut on October 18th 2023 with the EP titled "MACARONI CHEESE EP". Name Meaning: Their name comes from the Latin "posse", meaning "can do" or "possible". YOUNG POSSE stands for "a group of young people gathered with a purpose", indicating the belief that we can achieve whatever we want by joining forces rather than being alone. Their fandom name is:TELEPOSSE (텔레파씨) Group history: On January 20, 2024, YOUNG POSSE teased an upcoming remix for "POSSE UP!". On January 22, the group released a teaser for "YOUNG POSSE UP", set to be released on February 4. On February 29, it was announced that the group will make a comeback on March 20 with their second EP.On March 4, the group released an artwork video for XXL. On June 22, the group announced that they will release a remix of "Scars" on June 26. The title was later revealed to be "On My Scars". On July 18, it was announced that YOUNG POSSE will be having a comeback in August. On July 31, YOUNG POSSE announced the "ATE THAT EP", set for release on August 21. On October 14, it was announced that they will be releasing a remix album of "Loading…" titled "Year 1 : We Still Loading" on October 18. On December 9, YOUNG POSSE announced the special single "Street Carol..."
