There are multiple artists with this name: "Witch-Hunt: The Rites of Samhain" is a recording of a 1999 live collaboration of Blood Axis and In Gowan Ring, performing as Witch-Hunt. 2) Witch-Hunt is a black/death metal band from Stafford, Virginia, US, formed in 1992. Their releases include 1995's "Darkened Salvation" demo, the 1996 EP "Prophecies of a Great Plague", the 2000 full-length "Souls Enshrouded Fire" and a 2002 Promo demo. The band is no longer active however, and are notable for their unusual riffs and the fact that member Erik Seyenga was a touring drummer for Dying Fetus and also played drums on their 2003 album "Stop At Nothing". Other members have gone onto Northern Virginia bands such as Warthrone and Southern Slop.
