There are two artists named Wayne Jackson #1 Wayne Jackson (*23.06.1971 in Manchester, UK) is a singer, songwriter, producer and guitar player. He formed and fronted The Dostoyevskys, signed to Go!Discs. The band released the album Orange and several EPs. -------------- #2 Wayne Jackson (November 24, 1941 – June 21, 2016) was an American rhythm & blues and soul musician, playing trumpet in a.o. the Mar-Keys, in the house band at the Stax Records label and later as one of The Memphis Horns. #1 The Dostoyevskys with Wayne Jackson supported Oasis on two legs of their European tour before they were splitting the group in the late 90s to concentrate on solo projects. Wayne Jackson is featured singer on Paul Van Dyk 's singles The other side (radio edit) and Stormy Skies. He is co-producer of Bela B. 's solo albums "Bingo" and "Code B" and guitar player in Los Helmstedt (Bela's Band). In 2007 he produced the Lost In Reverie album for Lula. Wayne Jackson also appears in the role of duet partner on Come Along With Me. An early version of the song is featured in the German cinema film Vineta.
