All those times y'all thought we were broken up, we weren't. But now we really are. We enjoyed this project immensely and appreciate the longterm support many of you gave us. After 6.5 years, Steve has returned to school for architecture, and is currently getting about 3 hours of sleep per night. Matt is on his way to becoming a hospitality mogul. There is still an unreleased recording that we plan to master and well, eventually release. Check back here now and then to find out what's happening with that. Trail vs Russia is/was a trio. Mel and Steve did this project for over 6 years, Matt joined us 3 and some years ago as guitarist. We resisted all attempts by our naysayers to add a vocalist. We spent a day in 2005 recording a second album with Colin from the Hive, in an art gallery near Squamish, BC. Our first recording, The Anvil (One Gold Ruble, 2002) is available directly from us, on vinyl, and features original guitarist Chris.
