Down The Lees is a post-noise-rock band rooted in both Belgium and Canada. They have multiple albums, an EP, and singles, with highlights such as the acclaimed 'Bury The Sun' recorded by Steve Albini. Notable performances led to sharing stages with Sparta, Brutus, Chastity, Dead Bob (NoMeansNo) and festivals such as Massif, Riot on the Roof, Genste Feesten, Girls to the Front and among others. Their latest album, produced by Jesse Gander (ANCIIENTS, Japandroids) of Raincity Recorders, dropped in May, 2024, with the lead single 'Douse' winning Best Song at the OSIF Awards. ‘Dirt’ heavy rotation on Idobi Radio Anthm (5+ million monthly listeners) in May, 2024 and charted on college radio stations across Canada.
