Tomasi John Montana, (Born February 26, 1982-) an artist best known for his songwriting and slide guitar work, was born in the rural Northern California foothills of the Sierra Nevada’s. After spending time playing in San Diego and studying slide guitar and open tunings in the Appalachian mountains of Tennessee he moved to Austin, Texas and recorded his first album, "The Wrigglies," on his not a lable, Engraved Music Records, in 2008. After playing slide and lead guitar with Austin based Amber Lucille for over a year Tomasi moved back to East Tennessee to work on a double album in Knoxville.
