Thee Uncomfortables are battered guitars and songs about love and Hell, the things that matter. Elements of Pixies, Tom Waits, Film Noir and Surf Rock come clattering together in an electrifying mixture. Thee Uncomfortables have played high profile gigs with Jamie T, We Are Scientists, Dartz, Aidan Smith and the Departure as well as festivals such as Kendal Calling and One Big Weekend. Thee Uncomfortables are a 5-piece high-energy, highly charismatic indie rock band from west Lancashire, England. For a band being formed in 2006, they are achieving success, including radio play on BBC Radio 1 in February, 2007. August 3, 2007 was the release of an indie compilation disk on i-Tunes, Petrol Records' Pistol: Fresh Weird and Wonderful that included thee Uncomfortables song, Windmills. The compilation made the top 10 in September, 2007. Look for great things from this band. They currently booking dates for a UK tour in April to promote their forthcoming single Levi's Genes.
