The Schoolboys

A handful of smaller bands have used the name "The Schoolboys" including: 1) the 50's R&B group from Harlem, 2) 80's underground metal cover band 3) an indie rock band formed in Reading, England in 2021. Their influences include The Smiths, The Strokes and The Smoking Popes. Their debut single "Nothing Ever Happens Here" released August 8th, 2021 , received 50 airplays from an independent music station in the span of three weeks. 4) Schoolboys was a pre-Icon band featuring Dan Wexler on guitar and David Michael-Philips.
