November 2008, the month we like to call ‘Judgment Month’. It was that month our six sonic forces combined under the code-name ‘Project Elysium’. The sonic vibrations that roam freely throughout the cosmos and beyond tuned in on our frequencies and led us to each other by putting up a central beacon, to enable us to rock this spherical mass which seems to be known to it’s inhabitants as ‘E-arth’. Some of us already rocked together in earlier musical configurations, which gave us an amazing head start. Our first song was already completely written even before our physical appearances gathered for our first meeting, which was the great beginning of our joint venture. This song would be later named ‘Rise of Empires’, and is now the kick-off for our live performances. The songs that came after this one were solely written within the walls of our homes, with a little help from the Internet to bridge the relative distances and speed up the process. All in all these songs were put together in a very satisfying pace, and we have yet to encounter a blockade in our creative outbursts. Once we familiarized ourselves with these creations and did some fine-tuning, we came to the conclusion that it was time to abandon our undercover project name and come up with something new and refreshing. Something more fitting. Something original that would not limit us to only one genre. Something that could combine our very diverse taste for different styles of music. After trying out several names
