The Rombenkz is a Recycled Percussion Band formed in School Of Universe, Bogor, Indonesia. the group comprises of 10 members. 4 member on table cans, 4 on bass plastic barrel, one on a "Quatro", and 1 on a melodic bottle. The Rombenkz remixes traditional Indonesian songs into upbeated songs with so many improvisation, The Rombenkz formed in 2004 with old percussion stuff. The Rombenkz is the first recycle percussion in Indonesia. and now often perform at many "green" events. like Earth Hour, Total Oil Gathering, Heart Of Borneo, etc. Their songs like Hujan Gerimis Aje, Cublak-cublak Suweng, Yamko Rambe Yamko, and others are folk songs popular in Indonesia that is mixed with modern beats.
