The ROMEO were a Japanese rock band formed by ex-Psycho le Cému vocalist Kajinaga Daishi in Tokyo, Japan. Beginning as Daishi's solo project, the band officially changed their name to The ROMEO in 2007. The ROMEO will disband on the 30th December 2011. The band's official lineup is as follows: Vocals: KAJINAGA DAISHI Guitar: SUGA DAISUKE Bass: KATO HIROKI Drums: OKAMOTO TADAFUMI (Okachin) [2010 - present] DRUMS: MAEKAWA SHINGO [2007 - 2010] Drummer Maekawa Shingo announced his departure from the band on February 6, 2010. In mid 2009, drummer Okamoto Tadafumi began doing support drums for the band; he was added as an official member on December 26, 2010. The band has released two albums, one single, and one DVD. They released their first full album, entitled JULIETA, on August 8, 2007. Their first maxi-single, JOKER, was released on March 19, 2008, and their first DVD, GOD OF DEATH CARNIVAL was released at lives and by mail-order beginning October 25, 2008. Their second full album, entitled ROSARIO, was released in early 2010.
