From New Hampshire in the late 90's. Had three albums; their self-produced debut Of All Great Things in 1998, Eastern Walk in 1999, and The Old World in 2000. Band Members: Richard Steen - Lead Vocals, Guitar, Flute, Clarinet, and Piano Mike Miragliuolo - Guitar and Mandolin Keith Longval - Bass and Synth John Krieger - Drums and Back-up Vocals Michael Miragliuolo (guitar, mandolin, harmonica, lead vocal on one song) and Keith Longval (bass), were in the Marines together. Rick Steen (vocals, guitar, keyboards, clarinet, flute) and Miragliuolo went to high school together in Missouri. Miragliuolo stayed in North Carolina after he got out of the Marines and Steen moved from Missouri and stayed with him. They started a two piece group and started playing coffee houses. Longval moved back to New Hampshire after the Marines and then talked Steen and Miragliuolo into moving there to start a band. They moved to New Hampshire in Dec. 1996 and started writing songs right away. They went through a couple of drummers until they ended up with John Krieger who was Longval's father-in-law. Shortly after Krieger joined the band they went into the studio to record their first album "Of All Great Things". They started gigging around southern NH and people seemed to like them but they didn't do any cover tunes so that made it hard to get gigs at first.
