The Bleu Ox is a three-piece folk rock band from Temperance, Michigan. Long-time friends Jordan Haynes, Ben Bodi, and Michael Connelly formed the band early 2009 after many years of individual musical experience. The band displays many different sounds by using a variety of instrumental combination in each their songs. The guys have cited to be musically influenced by The Fleet Foxes, The White Stripes, Bob Dylan, and many more. While still a growing band, The Bleu Ox is making waves in the local Toledo, Ohio scene. They have played shows with many different artists such as The 1959 Hat Company, Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin, Faux Pas, and Man Man.
