Nocturnes for the 21st Century. The League of Hedonists was formed by Muligan, bass and keyboard player for 80’s electro/phunk band Fashion Music and has become a vehicle for writing, producing and releasing music for film and video. Making films and music for Torture Garden, Marquee and Skin Two provided Muligan with the soundtrack for the first League of Hedonists release; he tested various compositions while DJing the chill-out Lounge at TG and Submission, choosing those that had the best reaction for the soundtrack collection Vol 1. Probably more classical in it’s aesthetic, the second album ‘Chillax’ develops the original League of Hedonists theme of ‘if you can imagine it, you can make it happen’ and, like the first features vocals in English, American, Spanish and Japanese. Muligans credits also include producing (both film and music) writing and programming for many acts including Adamski, Tin Tin, Alyson Moyet, Soul II Soul and managing Bannanarama’s world tour.
