The Knottie Boys are an alternative punk band from the recesses of Long Island. The group formed back in 2017 when singer/songwriter/guitarist Dan and bassist Nicky were fresh out of High school, inviting their old friend Tom to play drums after a few months of writing and experimenting. Following that, the band would play around four shows before inviting their buddy Ryan, who had recently crash landed from a tropical island, to break several guitar strings. With an influence rooted deep in classic punk from Sex Pistols, Black Flag and The Misfits, alongside some newer sounds like Green Day and My Chemical Romance, their versatile sound is equal parts familiar and fresh, and they've brought you tales of love, loss, liabilities, criminality and blood suckers. Given their major love for music, film, cartoons and comics the style and demeanor of this band is next to none.
