about

From an early age, music has been an important part of our lives. Our influences range from Damian Marley to MGMT, Gym Class Heroes, Asher Roth, KiD CuDi, Shwayze, Zoé, and Caifanes to The Doors. In 2004, we started recording rough demos and mixtapes for our friends. Most of our early work was recorded in our kitchens with an audience of rice, chicken and chips. This is our story… We’ve always been listening for the best music and studios to work with, so we started looking for a place to record in 2006. Most places seemed lifeless and uninspiring until we found Park Audio. In late 2009, we were able to get started on our first release with talented producer/engineer Jeremy Park. Collaborating was fun and exhausting, and only the best tracks were committed to tape. In December 2009, our first song, “Hey Girl,” was recorded and mixed for the new album. Our direction at that time was toward the jam band scene, but over the course of the next year, four more songs were completed, including the songs “Taking Over Stereos,” and “One Day.” These songs were a sharp turn from our initial direction and are more experimental with futuristic sounds. In September 2010, we finished our Robotics EP, which will soon be available at all major online retailers (iTunes, Amazon, Rhapsody, etc.). Since then, we have been writing and recording a new single. We hope to have a full-length release out by late Summer 2011. In the meantime, keep an eye out for performance dates and new releases.
