The Grand is a power-quartet formed in Oslo, Norway in 2006. The Grand plays "dirty and razor-sharp, but still highly psychedelic and eclectic" music. In 2007, they released an EP in and an eponymous LP and are currently recording their next album, expected in 2010. The members of The Grand are Amund Maarud on guitar, Henrik Maarud on drums, Per Tobro on bass and Eirik Tovsrud Knutsen on hammond organ and percussion. All members of the band contribute vocally.
