Artist
Italian band active in the 90s specialized in an eclectic blend of progressive folk, psychedelia, acoustic rock and blues, all tinged with a jazzy & classical flavour. Their lone CD, La Sorcière et le Villageois, published by Mellow Records, has become over time a collector's item. Headed by Corrado Ferri (Lead vocals, acoustic & electric guitars, dulcimer, mandolin), they also included Enrico Isnardi (Acoustic guitar, bass guitar & vocals), Marco Bosonetto (Flute & vocals), Stefano Risso (Double bass), Claudia Crivello (Violin) and Fabrizio Verardi (Electric guitar & mandolin), who replaced Crivello after the release of the CD. They played mostly their original compositions, also setting to musics poems by William Blake, J.R.R. Tolkien, Antonio Machado and S.T. Coleridge.
