The Fat's Sabobah is the nonsensical name of a fictional band originating from Coachella, California. In reality, it's not a band, as it consists of a sole person: Zach Fleming, who isn't really a musician, as he doesn't actually play any instruments. All songs are programmed using the freeware tracking program Buzz (www.buzzmachines.com). His music has been featured on the game FlashFlashRevolution (www.flashflashrevolution.com). The Fat's Sabobah's music is a fusion of Folk and Experimental electronic music, pulling influence from bands such as: Animal Collective, Aphex Twin, Apples in Stereo, Architecture in Helsinki, Broadcast, Broken Social Scene, cLOUDDEAD, Dntel, ELO, Hello Astronaut Good-by Television, Hird, Joanna Newsom, Kettel, Manitoba, Modest Mouse, Panda Bear, The Postal Service, Plone, Shugo Tokumaru, Suburban Kids with Biblical Names, and Why? Zach Fleming is currently a Practice of Art major at the University of California, Berkeley. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
