The Dylan Platt Band was formed in Berkeley, California, in the San Francisco Bay area. Four of five band members are from the same Platt family, with Dylan Platt heading the band, providing his unique, gorgeous voice and songwriting. Along with Andrew Alvarez, an accomplished musician with enormous depth, the Dylan Platt Band discovered they have a unique sound that audiences adore. Dylan’s songs appeal to a very wide cross section of listeners because he writes well-crafted, emotionally balanced songs for his audience. Nobody doesn’t like The Dylan Platt Band, just ask anyone who’s heard them. Indeed, you’ll get an invitation from them to come to the next gig if you haven’t! The music is smooth and fun, the band is accomplished and talented, and Dylan’s voice will make you come back for more, time and again. They’re a little crazy sometimes, they love to have fun and goof around on stage, enlisting the audience in their antics. How could they not?
