The Cidermill Drive (the-sigh-der-mill-drive) is Mark Bonaventura: a 21 year old musical artist who not only writes his own songs, but also performs and records every instrument heard. Growing up in a household where the sound of music filled every room, it is not hard to figure out how Bonaventura's influence and artistic talent formed. Artists such as The Beatles, Gram Parsons, Bob Dylan and Tom Petty helped shape him into the musician he is today. In high school he found himself playing in many local bands, but was eager to express his true musical direction. He created The Cidermill Drive in 2003. The Cidermill Drive exhibits a fresh rock/pop sound with a hint of country and soul. His lyrics juxtaposed with catchy melodies are bold, honest and appealing. With all the qualities of a dedicated and hardworking musician, there is nothing that can stand in the way of the future of The Cidermill Drive.
